We are constantly looking for ugly houses to turn them into beautiful gems. When we acquired this property it was in really bad shape. With a great team and 3 months of hard work we made this property look amazing. And a lovely home to a brand new family. It still WOW us how a restored home can change the scene in a neighborhood. When we rehab properties we are looking to improve the quality of the life of the community.
